About Entrusted Discernment
Welcome to Entrusted Discernment — a space created to help individuals and families navigate today’s media landscape through the lens of God’s Word.
This project began with a burden: a longing to see through the noise, to offer clarity where there’s confusion, and to guide hearts — especially the vulnerable and the searching — toward truth that restores, not just critiques.
Here, I explore the spiritual messages behind popular films, series, music, and books — not to cancel, mock, or attack — but to examine them in light of Scripture, so we can live, think, and choose more faithfully.
🙏 Why “Entrusted Discernment”?
Discernment is a gift from God — not just for leaders, but for all believers (Philippians 1:9–10). It’s something we’re called to steward, not hoard or weaponize.
The name reflects both the responsibility and the grace behind biblical discernment:
“For everyone to whom much is given, from him much will be required…” — Luke 12:48, NIV

🕯️ Closing Thought
We live in a time when entertainment often shapes belief more than Scripture does. But God has entrusted us with discernment — not to withdraw in fear, but to engage with truth and grace.
My hope is that this space helps you do just that.
Thank you for being here.
